CONTINGENCY FEES AT SYLVESTER LAW FIRM ...............       

A contingency fee arrangement means that you will not have to spend money out of your own pocket for attorney fees.  We only earn legal fees if we are successful in obtaining a recovery for you.

We handle Will Contest and Trust Contest cases on a contingency fee basis.  We also handle all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis.     

HOURLY-RATE FEES AT SYLVESTER LAW FIRM ............... 

When an hourly-rate fee applies to your case, we charge $250 per hour, which is very reasonable and competitive in the legal market-place.
