You will know the exact cost of our estate planning, real estate and business law services before you direct us to work on your behalf.  We also handle many estate settlement cases (i.e., probate and trust termination) on a flat-rate fee basis. 

Our flat-rate fee approach to billing legal services truly sets us apart from other law firms.  Flat-rate fees, otherwise known as "fixed fees," take the guesswork and surprise out of the cost of legal services.   

CONTINGENCY AND MODIFIED CONTINGENCY FEES AT SYLVESTER LAW FIRM ...............       

A contingency fee arrangement means that you will not have to spend money out of your own pocket for attorney fees.  We only earn legal fees if we are successful in obtaining a recovery for you.

We handle a limited number of Will Contest and Trust Contest cases on a modified contingency fee basis.  We also handle all injury cases on a contingency fee basis.     

HOURLY-RATE FEES AT SYLVESTER LAW FIRM ...............   

When an hourly-rate fee applies to your case, we charge $275 per hour.
